yikes. No thanks from a fan that flat out owns LSU.

Saban recommended he transfer there for that reason

Yea I don't think we'll ever see that happen with Jay Johnson. Admitting you can't develop a QB with SB MVP potential is weak

Now now, they had Tua who was a better talent. Hurts graduated and Saban recommended he go somewhere to help him get ready for the next level. Tua was a top 5 pick, Hurts went to better situation in Philadelphia where they sat him for a year to further develop before making him the starter.

He couldn’t pass for shite when he left bama either ?

He averaged 148 yards a game passing his last year at bama

He was a much improved passer his last year at Bama. It was very easy to see anytime he was in the field he had gotten much better. Then he transferred and continued to improve on his craft.

Probably because he was coming into games in garbage time with Alabama up 30-40 points. He had a season high 10 passing attempts against Arkansas State, followed by nine passing attempts against Georgia in the SEC Championship Game when he came in during the fourth quarter for Tua.

So are we pretending Hurts hasn’t improved his passing exponentially since he moved to a pass heavy team in Oklahoma and in his first few years in the NFL.

He was a horrible passer in his younger years who has worked his arse off and should be commended.

the competition.

QB development It’s not about stats retard, I forget you are one of those idiots that act like the SEC is tougher than the NFL and that literally no one in any other conference can play.

How did caleb do his last season at usc in the system?

Not as well as the season before when he won the Heisman but he still threw for 3600 yards 30 TDS and only 5 picks and was the #1 pick.

How about the big 10

Williams never played in the B1G.

I also love how you think every week in the SEC is playing 2011 LSU D or 2022 UGA D for Bama. Tua’s 2018 stats are pretty similar to Kyler Murray. Tua was better that’s why he took the job again it’s not a knock against Bama to say Hurts became a better passer at OU.
