Raptors Amir Johnson ejected for wanting to rub the ball

After every dead ball he would take the ball and rub it. Well eventually the ref got tired of it and wouldn't let him have the ball. So he goes and tries to rip the ball out the refs hands and the ref ejects him. Then he tried to go after the ref and had to be restrained out of the arena.

I don't know about Amir but I do know Dirk likes to bounce the ball hard once or twice on the ground after FTs he isn't shooting. Refs never bother him about it.
I don't see why the ref felt the need to stop Amir from touching the ball for two seconds during a dead ball.
