I think Big Cat is arrogant as a way to stir the pot and create drama. That’s different than Billy’s arrogance, imo.

frick Billy for hijacking Picks Central with Brandon specifically telling him not to. Billy is a drunken roided frat bro.

Billy, on the other hand, really doesn’t have a role. He brings nothing.
He just chimes in when anything has to do with lifting , his internal lurk alarm goes off, and he has to chime in and tries to sound so smart
Also he is a moron. When he mispronounced Jack Nicklaus, he deserved to be roasted into eternity

Anybody watch the first episode of Barstool vs America last night?
Mush sucks. GO figure
Nick eliminated KB which kinda sucks for laughs the rest of the week
Dana B might be the most out of shape non-morbidly obese person I've ever seen

dammit....spoilers
All good...
In recap of this thread though.... the barstool content has been a roller coaster for sure...
the OP's take on Idol was spot on... they had 4 girls and 8 guys...but I kind of felt like the 1st girl that didnt get a chance because of the wheel was possibly planned.
Outside of that, surprised barstool didnt have to go the "woke" route and put some color in their contestants and got away with 12 white people to choose from.
The content from idol was meh.... end of june and all of july is when the office/content slows down tremendously for barstool since sports is dead and that is the month they are down pretty much.
So you'll see all these recorded shows start to premiere. I did not watch last night but will check it out as the week progresses. Should be good.

As far as the current state...
Will be interesting how the Fall season shakes out.... this is likely the last run at the NYC office being the prominent office in barstool as Big Cat will be taking majority of the talent to Chicago with him and creating like a fantasy factory style office... pretty much what they wanted to do with HQ2 but did not have the room.
HQ2 will pretty much be where all of the business will be held... but HQ3 in CHI will be the spot... this will either be a part of Barstool where a big transition takes place or they may swing and miss.
It will be hard to start grooming the next wave, but they definitely need some 25 year olds that are similar to Dave and Big Cat to get ready to take the baton'.... those 2 guys will always be around in some sort...but they need 2 sport driven guys who are similar to them to do the grind portion...

I am very excited about the prospect of future Barstool Chicago with Big Cat/yak/current Chicago guys. I hope it works out how most of us think it should
Anybody find the first girl who got eliminated from Idol via the wheel on Instagram? Nudes for days
Feel like they could have gotten a lot of content out of that. They may have purposely steered clear though once they realized she was in the final 12

Maybe it’s because he is almost as arrogant as Big Cat.
Holy shite. You think Big Cat is arrogant? That is a wild wild take

It is a very popular take on the PMT and barstool subreddit.

Maybe the least arrogant guy at Barstool, given his position.
Is it confirmed that PFT and Hank are also moving to Chicago?

They will "figure it out"....
but the way the CHI office sounds it will be setup for multiple styles of content etc... there's no way PFT or Hank sticks back in the NE.
Now there will be eventually a smaller version of both offices in Boston... that would ideally be the dream spot for Hank I'd assume.

Man that is crazy. I guess I don't consume enough Barstool content outside of PMT to form that kind of opinion. He seems cool as frick all around. I actually have a take that he is the best all around guy in sports media

He definitely could leave barstool and become rather larger than he currently is.... but the way its going he is the biggest barstool personality right now.
Dave definitely helps and move the needle, but the one guy that keeps everything afloat and is the "glue" is no doubt Dan.

Crazy that thinking someone is crazy talented means you want to frick them.

Could he really tho? I mean he’s got the talent for a more traditional media outlet, but I don’t think a traditional media outlet would increase his profile really at all unless we’re taking like being on NFL Sunday countdown or something which isn’t happening.
They’ve already had one of the biggest podcasts in existence for like 6 years now, which is bringing in more cash than any other sports media job that isn’t Tony Romo’s or Skip Bayless’s
I mean I get when people said this about him 5-10 years ago, but at this point, it doesn’t really add up
