I say she gives up 5 runs in four innings and loses... She's no longer an unknown quantity and Vegas has been playing well.
Where most of the other kids want to win the LLWS, she's gotten to be too big a deal. I think she wants it to be over.
Hopefully it ends well for her and we forget about her in a month so that she can be a regular kid again...

If they want to win the tournament then they pitch her now and hope she wins, then rests and then can play in the international finals where she will be on the full days rest.
Something I don't understand, why would a team with only one loss be eliminated from winning the tournament. For instance if Vegas wins then loses to the winner of Chicago/Phily winner, they go to the 3rd place game.
That seems very unfair. Unless I'm reading the bracket incorrectly.
