The reasons why BB players have these faults are because the can either go straight to the NBA out of HS or play only one year of college ball. This is why the NBA sucks now. These kids need to be in a college program a minimum of three years. They will then learn the proper fundamentals of the game and have a higher BB IQ.

This is an awful idea. Players should be allowed to go pro whenever someone wants to give them a shot. I don't even care if they are still in HS. On the flip side of that, if a guy goes to college he should be forced/committed to play two seasons and the school should honor that commitment for the same amount of time.
