Conor McGregor is a has been. I don't even see his appeal anymore. Nate Diaz punked him both times even though the judges gave him the 2nd one. Then Khabib rag dolled his arse and made him quit and then jumped the fence to beat his buddies arse too. Now the shrimp boat captain knocks his arse out. Dude is not even an attraction anymore been losing left and right. Dude is a con man. He is lucky the judges gave him the 2nd Diaz fight and he was able to cash in that Mayweather fight otherwise that dude would probably be somewhere in the gutter.

I still think Dustin wins this one

He has the overall camp that’s better for mma

SBG is much better in the states than Ireland in my opinion

I think we see a lot more movement and kicks from Conor this time. The question is can his cardio hold up if he can’t catch Dustin early. He put some good licks on Dustin last fight and def rocked him real good one time. You could see Dustin’s face change after that shot when he felt the power.

Not to mention Dustin apologized like a bitch

Agree about seeing more movement from Conor. He looked stiff in the last fight. Those low calf kicks didn’t help but still.

I honestly don't think Conor cares like he used to, he has made his money from fighting and ten times that from Proper 12. He just isn't hungry like he used to be and that trickles down to training and preparation. It seemed like he cared more about posting pictures of himself on his Yacht than the actual fight when they were in Abu Dhabi

Anyone who believes this probably thinks the strippers at his local club like him too

One of the more interesting facts of the UFC is the disconnect between fame and winning. One doesn't seem to have much to do with the other. I'm not a guy that's tunning in that often but I have seen the bigger fights, MMA, and boxing. Conner is usually laying on the canvas, in the corner, or against the fence or tapping out. What the hell? Is this guy even winning at a 50% clip these days? Canceling maybe his best survival technique yet.

Count the times he's been laying on the octagon or boxing canvas the last 3 years and get back with me?

Twice. But I'm not talking about that. It's this moronic statement.

He is 22-5 and 1-2 in the last 3 years. Conor's popularity gives him staying power but if he loses again it will likely be the end of his UFC days. Winning is almost always correlated with fame in any sport, especially boxing/MMA. It's not really debatable

Right. Twice. He has only fought 3 times in that period. 3 losses in the last 4 fights if you want to go back to Mayweather in 2017.

McGregor gets any more recycled and stirred as a superstar he's gonna turn into whip cream.

You do understand why Conor has fame in the first place right? From winning. If some slapdick nobody pulled the same stunts as Conor, Dana would fire him on the spot.

He is a bit of an exception to the rule as he could lose this fight and would still be the headline fight on a future card. But that still comes from his previous success and being a household name from such a great career. Saying that fame and winning are not related in MMA is wildly inaccurate

He's a superstar when it comes to antics and that's the wagon that White hitched his team to. The rest of his game is long gone. Lord help the guy if he ever messes with that Russian again.
