seriously? I'm sure his daughter once in a lifetime achievement is more important than some tournament he's played multiple times.

Yes seriously. If he didn't have a private jet, he's not going to the graduation.

Maybe the daughter shouldn't be such a selfish bitch and realize the US Open is a lot bigger than her shitty graduation. She should of skipped her graduation and went to the US Open. That's what I would do as a kid. Care about my parents too much.

He is doing both. Not really that big of a deal. He missed a rain out day and one day on the course of practice. He played the course a couple of weeks ago, has played it in a tournament before, has a long time caddie mapping the course for him and he still hit golf balls while in California.

Not that big of a deal other than the potential for a restless night. I'm sure he will be fine.

Your telling people to "shut the hell up" and get out of the thread, doesn't sound like you are engaging anyone in a discussion.

Yeah, I don't see how an 8th grade graduation is that big a deal. Middle School graduations must be new, we sure didn't do anything for "graduating" elementary school or middle school. Hell I didn't even walk or invite people to my college graduation.

Then again education is expected in my family, none of this highbrow coddled bullshite.

Now for my daughter I'll be at her preschool graduation, dance recitals, any time she sings/dances/plays sports, but while I'll support her in her hobbies and endeavors there's no need to insinuate that finishing the 8th grade is anything more than an expected moment in life, it's not an achievement needed to be remembered forever.

Also, I never expect to get an opportunity to play in a US open, so if I'm free that day I'm sure I'll go...

Tiger would have flown the entire class and their parents out to Philly.

Pretty clear you don't have children.

I have kids and I wouldn't attend such a dumb graduation event.

Two main ones are required. High school and college.

Other than that let the schools have their feel good bs and I'll do something more important.
