I think he signs Newton since he's a FA. Dalton still under contract and Bengals are okay keeping him this season as backup/mentor to Burrow.

This cliche does you no good if the ‘mentor’ is garbage

Do you see Cam Newton fitting in with the Patriots culture?

They got Hoyer as a backup, they are rolling with Stidham.

It literally makes no sense to go with either of those two. They are older, and everyone knows they are not good enough to win a SB. Stidham is young and an unknown. If he's good, huzzah, if he's bad well better draft pick to try again.

Actually it seems we’re gonna either trade Dalton or cut him. Trade is out of the equation now if I had to guess.

But Bill Belichick loves value, and the longer Newton goes unsigned in free agency, the more likely it becomes that the Patriots will scoop him up.

By releasing Newton, he's not getting that $19 million payday this season from the Panthers or any other team.

That would be out of character for Mike Brown. But then again, anything with him is possible, even trading the number one pick.

Neither unless they change their mind in training camp

Did you see Randy Moss fitting in that system?

That part of it is completely overblown.

I just think given their current situation with the cap and roster rebuilding, a veteran QB doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. Makes more sense to see what you have in Stidham and or a rookie QB than to try to bleed out 2 extra wins with a Vet that isn’t going to be the long term answer

i think dalton would do better for the pats, BB just needs agame manager that does what he is told and doesnt turn the ball over

pretty sure cam would shite his diapers and refuse to pay because BB isnt being nice to him

only place i see cam working is redskins where RR will suck him off every day to keep him happy and say nothing about cams terrible play

dalton could be of interest from many teams

If they can get Newton on the cheap, they’ll add him.
