Is it totally inconceivable that Joe Pa may have also been "inappropriate" at times? Is this 100%? At this point, I am considering all ridiculous possible outcomes. I mean, how else do you explain his complete indifference to the situation?

I always loved Joe Pa but this is inexcusable - nobody gets a pass on this kind of irresponsible behavior.
When kids are being abused, you have to turn in your own mother, or son - doesn't matter who it is - you have to stop this ASAP and hold the abuser accountale.
