Not that it's quite the same situation, but our starting safety and starter at the Star position in our D is suspended against Clemson for the opener. Police investigated house after maintenance worker said he smelled MJ. Police came and searched. Found no pot, only blunt guts in a trash can if I recall correctly. JHC admitted to smoking at some point earlier. Obviously no charges were filed. JHC got suspended for the opener and Ty Flourney-Smith left the team.

I thought it had been confirmed there was physical contact, yet she decided not to press charges. I haven't kept up with this shite.

Looks to me like they're talking/arguing/whatever, he starts to leave and she slaps him so he leans back in and slaps her? Whifs? Not sure if he made contact, but the intent was there.
I think he'll have a 2-3 game suspension I guess.

that place looks absolutely miserable... dudes with cut off sleeves... no shirts... fuglies dancing on a stage... some creepy guy with a flashlight shining at girls' butts... etc.
