Like some people said earlier in this thread the state of Oregon doesn't have a ton of d1 talent. This stuff is crucial to us. People think its just the uniforms, but it's a lot more.

They better enjoy it, when their Sugar Daddy dies, they are fricked.

LOL at this. Uncle Phil will have Oregon covered even after his death. You can bet on that. He already has a legacy fund set up for Oregon and It'll be even more massive when he passes(which i hope doesn't happen anytime soon). It's not just Uncle Phil. It's Nike as a whole. He isn't Oregon's only sugar daddy either.

Great SI Video on the new complex. Not sure if it has been posted.

Lot of people around college football and the NFL has said that this is the best facility in the world, better than any in either college or the pros. LINK /

I will be impressed when they actually start putting players in the NFL

We do put players in the NFL, and good ones at that. We had more alumni in this year's superbowl than any SEC program. Sure it was one game, but over the last 10 years we have had a lot of solid NFL talent come out of Oregon. It will only improve.

I'm just confused as to how 80 guys are supposed to use it. I would be perfect for a basketball team, but it's going to be awfully crowded in there I imagine

That picture only captured one part of the weight room.

Oregon's facilities are better bar none but I don't see too many "community" spots in those pictures. How many people are supposed to fit in that hot pool? 2?

That hot tub is part of the "Coach's Grotto".

Without a doubt Oregon's facilities are AMAZING. But you're ridiculous.

This hasn't been mentioned, but the mirrors have TVs embedded in them. You hit a button and it goes away by blending into the mirror. LINK

What do you base this off of? As an Ohio State fan, how many times have you been to Alabama's campus? I can't speak for Oregon's campus, but Alabama's campus has always been considered at least above average by most objective observers. Oregon's campus would have to incredibly nice to "blow away" Bama's campus.

I've been to several college campuses, Oregon being one of them, as I travel frequently for work, and I can without hesitation say that Oregon's campus does in fact blow Bama's away. There is nothing and I repeat nothing special about the campus in Tuscaloosa. It is the epitome of "MEH"

FWIW, I wasn't trying to get into a pissing contest over the Oregon and Alabama campus nor was I trying to argue for Alabama's campus. I've never been to Oregon's campus so I'm not going to pretend to be an expert on it like Zamoro did with Alabama despite probably never having been to campus.

Just out of curiousity, what SEC campuses do you feel ARE "special" and why?

Oregon has one of the most innovative strength and conditioning coached anywhere. Radcliffe knows his stuff, so I am sure the weight room reflects his philosophy.

I'd still rather be Bama and have all 20 or so of their titles (don't they count meaningless titles from the early 1900s as National titles?).
