Trying to figure out why Huskies would be 10 point dogs in this game. Perfect record, #3 in the country AND they won the head to head in the regular season. ESPN gives Ducks 75% chance to win. Obviously Oregon can win but why such confidence they will? What’s up with that?

Washington has been mediocre against inferior competition since the first meeting and the Ducks have been killing teams.

They had 31 first downs on 300+ passing and 200+ rushing in the first meeting. The outcome was a bit of a fluke with several turnovers on downs and a missed FG at the end. It could have easily been a 10 point win on the road, Oregon has gotten better since then while Washington hasn't, and now it’s on a neutral field.

Washington slugs their way to another win.
Oregon should be favored but too many people sucking their nuts like they've been beating good teams.

If Penix decides to be his first half of the season self, it will be a battle.

Because Oregon's 2023 Heisman QB is on absolute fire.

Rule #1 of college football: when the lower ranked team is a significant favorite over the higher ranked team, bet the lower ranked team.

Disagree. UW had an unlucky turnover (WR slipped) and got stopped at the 1 on a turnover on downs. They could have easily put up 43+. UW also lead for about 75% of that game.

Agreed. This is the reason for the point spread. UW's offense has been very mediocre the last several weeks and they will have to score 35+ again to have a chance at winning. Oregon is clicking on all cylinders whereas UW is squeaking by.

It's probably the same thing the stupid arse buckeyes do when they talk about Michigan and I can't figure out what it is. They call them TCUN. Now I could see TSUN, which would be the school up north. But they've said it over and over. So I'm still trying to figure out what it means.

IDK man.

Oregon has been doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing. They have looked great on both sides of the ball.

It wasn't like Ohio St where you could clearly see all year that the wheels were going to fall off at some point. Oregon puts their boot on your throat and doesn't let off.

Crazy stat...if you look at the point differential scores between Oregon and Washington and their common opponents, it's like +70 for Oregon.

Oregon blew out their common opponents, Washington scraped by.

The Pac10 looked like the best conference after week 2.
now that it's week 13, they are clearly a terrible conference that plays zero defense.
Neither of these teams are any good, and which ever one makes the playoffs is going to get their arse kicked.

and Oregon is a big favorite b/c they are the only team in teh conference (Zona too) that plays any defense.
Washington's defense is only slightly better than LSU's.
