Don't sell Oregon short.
They didn't just legalize meth.
They also legalized cocaine, heroin and magic mushrooms.

I mean to be fair, making drugs illegal has had no positive results on society ever.
I don’t do meth because it’s fricking gross, not because it’s illegal. People who do meth need rehab, not jail time.

No they didn’t.
You people have no clue what you’re talking about. They decriminalized simple possession and encourage treatment. Dealers and large quantities are still getting full prosecution. The data in other countries shows this is a far more effective solution to drug problems than creating more felons.
Psilocybin was legalized in a medicinal setting to treat depression and anxiety and it is a very, very promising treatment.

They didn’t legalize it, they just decriminalized possession of small amounts. No jail time, but you have to pay a fine or complete a health assessment.
It’s illegal to sell it. The dealers are the criminals, addiction and drug use is a health issue.
