He knows that big black dangalang is up inside his ole lady and he is trying nicely to ask her not to make it so public, it makes him look bad....that's what I got from the audio

He even said you can sleep with them just keep it quiet

Serious question... Is there anyone here who thinks people say and do things differently when they are in the privacy of their close friends/family? Or is everyone exactly the same person in front of the camera/ associates?

I get your point, but not everyone owns an NBA team in a league that is 70% black

How did the subject conversation get taped without Sterling's knowledge? Anyone?

Watching ESPN and Stephen A says he has heard stories like this for years about Sterling. That it is a shame Elgin Baylor was so underpaid for so long, and players hate playing for Sterling....

Wasn't Baylor first black GM and didn't he suck as well?

He's not being prosecuted by the state or the feds.

As of 2011, it was 78%.

Off the cuff, I would have thought at least 80% in today's game.

If Baylor had a problem with the $ he was making he could have left. I can't say if he was a terrible GM or not because Sterling wouldn't give him the $ needed to build a team.

It would be the same with any company worth it's salt. You say something as an employee racist/homophobic etc and it gets into the public you will probably be fired.

Same with HOAs, yes you own your home but if you do something to break the rules and it's bad enough you can be forced out.
