The Redbirds lost on a half-court buzzer-beater to Valpo, too.

I think he will be more like Lusk but hope he’s more like Cuonzo
The best thing is he won’t be treated like Hinson was as he didn’t follow a likeable guy.

To be honest, I'm kind of optimistic about Ford too. I like the way the Bears have been playing lately.

That’s stupid talk!! The Bears are effin cursed in that tournament. I don’t know who we did wrong but it’s excruciating to watch that tournament
The one time (the only time) we won it we got lucky with Tubby pulling magic off. But the times we were the best team there we’d lose on a fluke. Hell the year we lost in the original Kiel was a sign.

I hear you, but as you know, the league is chaotic and jumbled in parity these days. Despite last season, Loyola haven't separated themselves from the pack yet, like Wichita did.
I could be completely wrong about Ford, but he seems capable of having a breakthrough season eventually, as long as the support and patience is there.

I'm still most scared of ISU winning it. They're better than their record, and they've been getting their hearts broken repeatedly for the last 3 years. I feel like they're due for some breaks.

What G has done with baseball makes it even more remarkable that Moats hasn’t found a way to mess it up

When I was on staff they’d write articles about coaches or players that were baseless
They like to use FOI for any suspension even if told it’s internal
