Not a stupid decision at all. When you look at the school's growth since it went to a four year campus, it does wonders for those living in the Alexandria/Pineville area who are unable to move away to do a four year degree due to work and/or family obligations.
U.S. World and News Report has acknowledged the school to be one of the best values in the country in terms of quality of instruction, tuition, and low student loan debt.
