The only way Ole Miss is a better hitting team is if you say the reason Ole Miss hasn't hit as well is because either ULL is facing easier pitching, or Ole Miss is facing tougher pitching. But if you say that, it makes the second part of your statement false.
Either way, your statement is contradictory.
