With the number of opt outs and transfer portal losses in these teams it's hard to take these results at face value.
Penn State had a lot of starters on defense that did not play. Huge difference in this game.
This is true for all these bowl games but the CFP. Players are now opting out en masse from even NY6 bowls.

Tried watching Missouri and Ohio State but just couldn't. The only games worth a shite are the CFP games. Bowls are dead
