Shaq to hornets: sounds stupid now but he wants to end his career in Louisiana...im calling it now. At least I hope this happens
As long as he is relatively cheap, I wouldn't have a problem with that at all.

He is a FA but he is NOT in the same category as a player as the other guys listed.
I'm not saying he is either, by any strech of the imagination. He's just a notable name is all.
So what's your prediction?

With Fisher? No idea but most probably the Lakers I guess unless NY/NJ feels it important to overpay for a role player.
-I think Wade stays put
-I think Amare to NYK
-Bosh to Miami in a sign and trade
-JJ to NYK
-PP and Dirk stay put
-Shaq is dependant on what shakes out with the others so I have no clue, but I think OKC is a definite possiblity and makes a lot of sense
and last but not least,
- LBJ....
Stays with the CAVS

Heard John Salmons is going to opt out. I wanted the Hornets to get him before and I still want them to get him now

LeBron James - Miami Heat
Dwayne Wade - Miami Heat
Chris Bosh - Miami Heat
Joe Johnson - New York Knicks
Amare Stoudemire - New York Knicks
David Lee - New Jersey Nets
Carlos Boozer - Chicago Bulls
Rudy Gay (RFA) - Memphis Grizzlies (although I could see him moving if someone offers him a max that has lost out on the other big FA's, Nets possibly.)
Derek Fisher - Los Angeles Lakers
Dirk Nowitzki - Dallas Mavericks
Shaquille O'Neal - Dallas Mavericks
Paul Pierce - Boston Celtics (could see pierce taking less $ so the C's could make a run at a Joe Johnson or Rudy gay type to replace Jesus)

Memphis has said they will match any offers, but I'm not sure they'd go to a max contract on him. The Net's will be interesting with their new owner.

If Lebron goes to Chicago, then Bosh will follow. If he goes elsewhere then Bosh may have a shot in Houston alongside Joe Johnson. Then if that doesn't work out Stoudemire will come to the Rockets.
PS
Not to be biased or anything, I don't see why Bosh would not want to go to Houston. NBA champs 2011

RCF is practically melting down tonight over Windy saying that Shaq is likely to be signed and traded soon. All of this free agent stuff isn't too exciting to me yet. I don't expect anything to actually happen until next week, maybe over the weekend
