Pay to sit is standard in Las Vegas because there are more people than seats, so naturally the hosts will rope off the places to sit and make you pay. But the larger books don't do this because they offer plenty of seating.

Huh? Where? You'll have sections reserved for players but I've never paid to sit at any sports book. And we don't have an unlimited free drink policy at the Superbook anymore. Has gotten rid of a lot of the rif raff but it's still partially under construction so there's only 150-200 seats for college football Saturday. Sunday we open up the theater so there's like 1500 seats added.

Just my experience. My favorite books are Palms and the Hard Rock, but there is a note on their odds boards that say "Seats are reserved for players on weekends" or something along those lines.

It was pay-to-sit at Bellagio/Caesers for the NCAA tournament when I was there in 2012.

Damnit guys. I was running my sheets and noticed the field position numbers looked a bit low, turns out I was dividing it by the wrong number. I already made my bets for the week. It's probably not that big of a deal as the numbers were only a yard or two lower, but still, I want the most accurate numbers.

Glitch is fixed and sheets will be up tomorrow morning

Like Miami, but want to see if the vig drops a bit.

Also looking at K-State and Ga Tech along with USC. Gonna hit Indiana when it gets to +17

Added Texas A&M +6

New to college football betting, but I had a decent week last week going 5-3-1. There are a lot of lines I like this week and would love to hear your all thoughts:

Clemson -6.5
Duke +2
Florida State -6.5
Utah +3.5
Alabama -14.5

I don't believe so. Fremeau puts his projections up early on bcftoys.com. Connelly posts his picks at college football study hall, but usually not till Thursday at the earliest. He needs an assistant.

Anyone like Iowa State getting 37 on the road at Baylor?

I'm generally opposed to fading the best statistical offense in the history of a 140ish (?) year old sport.

And, yes, the statement in the above sentence may or may not be true, and I haven't investigated any facts on that...but it's certainly in the ballpark.

Was listening to bangthebook podcast today and they said Central Michigan and Toledo were the only teams left undefeated ATS. ODU is the only team winless ATS. May play these just to see if it keeps going. I'm sure this will be the week that all changes.

Going undefeated ATS is rare, but that doesn't mean I'd stop backing teams that are killing it ATS. There are always a handful of teams that Vegas will undervalue of the entirety of the season. The best ever CFB betting season that I've had ws due in some part to religiously backing the covering machine that was SJSU that year.

Careful there. I've been riding the App State train the last four weeks. This week smells different for me though. Georgia Southern is their conference rival and is the best team they've faced thus far. I'm going to watch the line and may just play the over close to kick-off. Both teams can score at ease. Let's table App State until Saturday. The secret is getting out on them and line movement could kill us here.
