Got burned in the SC game. Shaw staying healthy might have changed the result, but such is the nature of the beast.

What I wrote in the above paragraph is not speculation. It's how gambling works. You read it and you nod your head in agreement. And if you aren't nodding your head in agreement, go read a book on gambling or something.
Moneyline plays aren't inherently bad or good. Like any other bet, you just look for value.
