Calvin Peete's arm straightened just pass 90 degrees. This was at the onset of metal drivers, and no Tiger. And courses played at 7000yds or less.

I can't straighten my arms well at all when playing. I have bone spurs in both elbows and it hurts like a bitch after about 5 holes of the spurs grinding on my tricep tendons. So its much more comfortable playing with them bent.

I have a few times. The only resolution is surgery. The recovery from that is awful.
