I think some of the big guns may show some pride and have some rounds at par or better. Not necessarily enough to win, but enough to get around for the weekend.

quote:you're right. Although Westwood's +3 is a solid round. If he goes even par tomorrow he will be in business big time. Rory and Donald though wtf. Tiger fell off the face of the earth for three years and if he wins this week he is once again the unanimous greatest golfer in the world. It took him like 3 weeks to catch up with these scrubs. I wish there was a couple players that could really play. IMO Kuchar and Westwood are the best golf currently has to offer.
Well the top 3 players in the world went
Donald +9
Rory +7
Westwood +3
So it's not just him

Lets hope so.
Seriously though, Choupique, you need to tell your boy to drop Caroline like a bad habit, the way he's been playing is embarrassing.

lol even chris berman is throwing Westwood under the bus with donald and Rory. Everyone acting like he just shot himself out of the tournament.

-3 will lead by tomorrow.

There is someone +13 through 13, he might be the high round of the tourney.

Kuchar is good. But him or westwood couldn't carry Tigers jock. Get real.
Westwood can't putt for shite and hasn't won a thing.

Westwood will shoot a couple under tomorrow. Be sitting in great shape at E or +1 going into Saturday

Nobody is winning this tourney under par unless it's tiger.

The winning score is going to be under par. It's going to be -3 or -4

He doubled his opening hole, hit 9 greens, and shot 3 over. That's not bad, and he'll have a round where he's going to hit more greens, and hit a couple close enough where he doesn't have to make a ton of putts. He top 10's in every damn major with his putting, if there's ever a golf course where he'll contend purely on ball striking, it's Olympic

If the wind picks up it will be closer to E or over par, it was pretty tame today. Throw in a 15 or 20 mph wind and this course will be downright scary.

Nobody seems to want to step up. Rory seems to be star struck. Westwood just can't putt. Ricky is inconsistent.
Dufner has the game but the jury may still be out.
I will give you Kuch. Not sold on Westwood.
