You are considered an alum if you pass a single class if my memory is correct.
Is that some La. college shite? Your Alma Mater is the college that graduates you. If you don't graduate, it's the college at which you spent the most meaningful time.
Did he graduate from Alabama?

I know someone who worked for an almuni center, and he said they counted everyone you could imagine as an alum weather or not you claim it is a different story.
Is Patrick Peterson an alum? Is Ryan perrilouix an alum?
For what it is worth on his college section it list Tulane first then Alabama.

Yes.

Ehhhh. Not sure.
But as the poster above noted, I guess we shouldn't care. I don't root for golfers by LSU/Louisiana affiliation.

why "should" he have gone much lower if he missed short putts and his bunker play was suspect?
He missed one short putt. He "should" have gone lower because the usual strength of his game, his medium iron and wedge play, was not 100% there today.

is the game now just becoming "ok, the best ball striker 'should' win"

fricking Casey Martin sinks a big looping birdie putt in the US Open then limps off
I can't believe they tried to not let him play with a cart in '98. PGA guys scared of a cripple

There is a price to pay for hitting irons off of the tee all day. Tiger is losing a ton of yardage to dink the ball down the fairway with an iron from the tee.
Except that he was usually within 10 yards of Michelson and Bubba all day, who used their drivers all day and shot a combined +14. I don't think Tiger should change anything off the tee, and I doubt he will.
The way he is playing today reminded me of St. Andrews in 2005. He hardly ever used his driver, hit damn near every fairway, and won by 7 strokes.

4 rounds at -1 will win this tournament has anyone reached 16 in 2 yet? I know a while back I was saying it wouldn't happen.

Yea you win, I shot 31 like 4 times and 30 twice. But no way I'm going 28, I've been trying to hole the short par 4 and the par 3 and going way over

That was 2006 at Royal Liverpool, he hit 86% of the fairways, and won by 2

Bubba went driver-driver and still had about 60 yards to go.

Well, I thought it was 2006 as well, but someone said it was St. Andrews the other day on here and I just figured I was wrong.

You shouldn't listen to people on this board!
You had it right from the get go, 2006

Cabrera just had a shank out of the rough, went about 50 yards into a bunker across the fairway

I don't care for Cabrera, and I have absolutely no reason to take that stance.
