Took me 10+ years to figure this out
Started doing it last year and my scores dropped. Best example is my 60*. I have the ability to hit it 100yds, but a nice easy 56* does just fine...and is alot easier to predict the outcome of.

agreed... I hit my 8 177 @ TPC tuesday .... only because I had to, didn't want to swing that hard!

I guess when you struggle a little you start looking around at new things. That basically made a new bag for him. He's still gaming the Vokey's, but I'm sure Cobra will have a clone of those out soon enough for him(like they did with the AMP irons vs. the 710MBs).
