I forgot to think that if the score is 14-7 minny in the 2h, it goes over 21.5, 22, 22.5

If I'm not mistaken, if you take the 2nd half total 21.5, that bet is for points scored in the 2ND HALF ONLY. So if the score is 14-7 Minny in the 2nd half, and you bet the over, you lose. Conversely, you'd win an UNDER 21.5 bet with that score (assuming you made either of those bet for the 2nd half at half time.)
2nd half totals bets made at halftime don't include 1st half points

If the score is 14-7 minny in the 2h, then the game is 14-14...meaning the game will go on till someone scores, making the 2h score go over.

But overtime counts for 2nd half bets, which would put that over 21.5.

exactly. I just lose out using the 14-7 minny 2h as a possiblity...losing value.
