99, do you want Hook Em's team's, since I gave yours away earlier?

PurpleDrank, you have my team in your hands. Don't let my guy get away here. 3rd round would be an absolute steal for him.

There are about 6 guys, over 3 positions I'm considering for these next two picks. Tough.

That's the one. The Saints offense has been at its best when they run the football well and use playaction effectively. Having Cooks and Dorsett on opposite sides would force safeties to play back and would give us good looks in the run game. To get him in the 3rd round would be an absolute steal, IMO, since I've seen him go in the 1st in some mocks.

I wouldn't mind Dorsett, I'm just of the mind that we don't need two guys under 5'10" as our number one and two when Colston leaves. Especially since Jimmy is gone.

With the 75th pick in the MSB NFL Draft, the New Orleans Saints select, Ronald Darby, CB, Florida State

Darby is an absolute steal here for the Saints. They wavered on a few guys from a few different positions, but ultimately decided the value here was just too much to pass on, especially compared to the value of the other positions at this spot. Darby has all the athleticism you want, and will come in and learn from two of the best man cover corners in the league.

I wont argue with having another burner but I agree. 2 smallish starting WRs can work but it limits what you can do in the RZ.

True, we'd still like to get a bigger-bodied WR at some point. However, to get a late 1st / early 2nd round prospect in the 3rd is tremendous value and fills a position of need. He could instantly come in and fill the Kenny Stills role.

I like the Darby pick there though. He's a steal in the 3rd round and also fills out a position that needed more depth.

Honestly not a fan of the Dawson pick with Kendricks still on the board but I really like this pick.

Eric Kendricks has him beat in coverage, but Paul Dawson is an absolute wrecking ball around the line of scrimmage. When's the last time the Saints had a guy in the front 7 who had a knack for consistently getting tackles for loss?

Yeah I hear you about Dorsett. I like him a lot, he's just a little small for me. I'd rather get a guy like Devin Smith who is a little bigger with the same deep threat ability. He'd also be great value here IMO.

And about Kendricks. I love him. Overall he's my #1 ILB, but I think he'd be better in a 43 D, in my eyes. That's why I took Dawson. Plus I just love Dawson's game, I think he's going to be a baller at the next level. Pick could have gone either way and Kendricks would have been a great pick too.
