I'm still debating on whether I should start Graham or McClain this week. I keep going back and forth.

Okay I have two:

Ryan Grant or Correll Buckhalter (no one knows for sure but it appears Westbrook will be out)?

AND

Lance Moore or Eddie Royal (supposedly might be out)

I also picked up Darrell Jackson who might get way more touches of Royal is out. Should I start him over Lance?

Having Boldin hurt is KILLING ME

Grant/Buckhalter's a tough call, but Grant hasn't done jack shite. Seattle sucks but will likely play better after shitting the bed vs. the G-men.

Buckhalter with a slight edge.

I'd go with Moore unless you can find somebody better than Darrell Jackson in FA. If Royal plays I might give him the nod.

Colts (Made me look twice since I have the Titans' D).

But, I would go with McClain vs the Colts. Especially with Graham sharing carries w/ Dunn.

According to this, Westbrook is out. Should make Buckhalter an obvious choice for a lot of people

My bad completely missed the second line of that post. If that's DeSean (not Darrell) Jackson and you start 2 WRs, I'd stand pat. Start 3...eh it's iffy, but even though I think Calvin Johnson still has the potential to bust out again this season, I'm selling anything Detroit. I wouldn't make the trade, especially if Colston can go and is back up to speed (which he should be, it's not a lower body injury).

I would go with Buckhalter since we know that Westbrook is a "no go".

I agree w/ bball 100% on this.

EDIT: If you don't like starting Moore, you could try getting Breaston for this game (if he is available).

Which 3 WRs should I play?

Currently:
Greg Jennings @ SEA
T.J. Joushmandzadeh @ NYJ
M. Muhammad @ TB

Bench:
Robert Meachem vs. OAK
Isaac Bruce vs. PHI

Jennings, Housh, tossup b/t Meachem and Bruce, leaning toward Bruce.

+1
I would go with Bruce. Although he is not getting many catches, he seems to be the "go to" guy in the red zone.

Running back trouble. Who to start?

McClain
Sproles
Buckhalter

This is what I've seen:
quote:

Running back Willis McGahee's (chest) backup is the better play this week. He has received six more utilizations in the red zone and five more inside the 5-yard line than McGahee over the last four weeks.
The bruising back has scored four times over the last three weeks.
For the first time this season, McGahee got most of the overall utilizations with 23 to McClain's 13 last week. However, against a weak Colts run defense there should be plenty of touches to go around.
McClain is a strong play against the Colts.

quote:

Buckhalter's value will depend largely on running back Brian Westbrook's (ribs) availability this week. Westbrook fractured two ribs in Week 5, and his status is uncertain this week.
Replacing Westbrook in Week 4, Buckhalter ran for 66 yards on 16 carries while catching two passes for 24 yards.
Buckhalter has a strong-play matchup against the 49ers, and he should be acquired immediately if he's on the wire given Westbrook's injury problems this year.

quote:

Lead back LaDainian Tomlinson (toe) was thought to be past his turf toe problem, but he aggravated it in Week 5; he admits it has hampered his production, and that may lead the team to rely on Sproles a bit more.
In the 2007 AFC championship game, Sproles rushed three times for 34 yards and caught two passes for five yards; he fumbled once but didn't lose it.
The 5-foot-6 dynamo is a strong play against a Patriots defense that isn't as stout against backs as it has been in the past.

If Westbrook is out, I'd play Buckhalter. If Westbrook is in, then McClain maybe you go with McClain. Sproles has the toughest D on the other side.

You know, that whole Kitna out thing really bothers me. If Calvin is the stud he is billed to be, it shouldn't hurt that much, but I don't see the Lions being able to hold the ball long enough for Orvlosky to pass for 300 yards a game like Kitna was doing. I may be wrong, but you also have to remember that Calvin is not the only WR on the team. That Roy dude likes to catch, too. I know that Peyton has struggled, but Reggie is a stud. I think I'd rather have him than Calvin right now.

I'm considering benching Rivers (v.NE) in favor of Orton (@ ATL). Anyone have thoughts on this?
