My husband just proposed that I trade him Brandon Marshall for Reggie Bush.

Who are your other backs and receivers and how many of each do you have to start?

Denver plays KC, right? KC's pass defense is non-existent

That trade would leave you with only Vincent Jackson and Jerricho Cotchery at WR this week.

Reggie may be a better option than LJ at this point but if I were you I would wait until after this week's game and see if your hubbie still wants to make the same deal (however, I'm still unsure if it is a great deal then either).

K thanks! I was just wondering. It seemed a bit to convenient that he wanted to make the trade the same week that we were playing each other. Especially considering the loser has to cook dinner for the winner every year we play.

here is my starting lineup this week
QB Mcnabb
RB Peterson (minn)
RB Michael Turner
RB Jonathan Stewart
WR B. Edwards
WR Meachem
W/T H. Miller
K Scobee
Def Player Cromartie

I just picked up Le'Ron McClain for Baltimore. I was thinking about starting him over Jonathan Stewart in the RB slot. We get points for return yards in my league. What do you think?

I would since Westbrook is likely out

I would say that it's the Chiefs run defense that is non-existent, not the pass defense so much.

Today's news:
quote:

Fast Willie slowed by knee sprain

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Willie Parker (knee) will not play in the team's Week 4 game with a left knee sprain. Head coach Mike Tomlin did not say how much time Parker will miss, but he did list him as "week-to-week." Parker suffered the injury late in the team's Week 3 game.

Rams bench Bulger, go with Green

Adam Schefter, of NFL.com, reports the St. Louis Rams have benched QB Marc Bulger in favor of QB Trent Green.

I have dropped Bulger and will pick up either Griese or Orton (who both have good week 9 match ups) just in case my Frerotte pick up doesn't work out. BTW, Rivers is my starter.

I'm on a waiver for Edgerrin James and I am releasing Amani Toomer. Should I cancel the waiver and pick up Buckhalter instead of James?

you have to take into consideration that Westbrook will likely be back in a few weeks. Amani Toomer will get his with Manning throwing him the ball. Just something to think about

I haven't checked on what James did this week, but I would say that the Cardinals game this week was uncharacteristic. Buckhalter, on the other hand, would worry me because Westbrook will be back eventually.

My team currently is
QB- Rivers, Sullivan
WR- C Johnson, Colston, Bruce, B. Lloyd, A. Bryant, Toomer, I. Hilliard
RB- Addai, Sproles, F. Jones, McFadden
TE- H. Miller
K- M. Prater
Def- Bills

I have a ton of WRs but I need more depth at RB. I think I will be getting rid of Sproles soon to try and aquire a more solid RB.

I thought so too against the Lions last week and although he had a TD, he still only got me 9 points. I might would go with Holt/Evans.

It's O'Sullivan.
I forget, are you in a ten-team league?

I think your wide outs are weaker than the running backs. Are you going to start Bruce when you drop Toomer?

With Johnson on a bye this week, who are you going to start? I guess Toomer is off this week, too, but jeez, it's thin on that list.

I started both last week but was planning to switch out Toomer for A Bryant.
