5% blame drunk upset at the time cub fans
95% blame the media including rehashing this story 8 years later. Im sure that is doing wonders for Steve Bartman right about now

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA
A Howard Stern prank call got thru ESPN and Dan Patrick. That had to be Captain Janks.

Damn, Cabrera looks slim in this game. fricker needs to lay off the Bud Ice.

worst part? Chicago fricks overrun my town and a good majority still blame bartman today.

If there was fan interference of some sort in football, then most of the SEC fans would do the same thing.
Not if the players were much more at fault.

lol no not even close. you think there would be a documentary 8 years later detailing the events? lol no again
Are you fricking serious? There are a shite ton of lunatic SEC fans. Remember the tree poisoning incident? I know they are only trees, not people, but that is insane.
Also, you are overlooking the groupthink effect and the fact that people could express their anger anonymously. The Cubs fans can go tell Bartman to go frick himself and that they will kill him at no risk. It was a stupid kneejerk reaction, but it was not that unusual of a circumstance based on the conditions.

We both know a Buckeye fan (I think, correct me if I'm wrong) shouldn't really be talking about crazy fan bases.

Miggy drinks straight liquor. It does not even matter. If he was on my team, then I would let drink in the on-deck circle if he kept his OBP over .400. He can still hit as well as anyone in baseball.

yea, and that story was in the news for about 10 seconds compared to bartman. most auburn fans are beyond it. sorry, but i dont think it would be the same
