WOTS is Connor Cook was wearing a shoulder harness during their open practice yesterday and was not throwing much except soft "touch" passes. I would not be touching that line with so much uncertainty regarding his shoulder. I don't even think he knows how it will be on Thursday night.

I got Navy +2.5 live right after the Pitt score for 1u. 48-44-1 on the year with a very poor 1-4 showing so far in bowl games.
