I've never understood this logic. They got beat by three touchdowns, they never led the entire game, even during the 18 minutes before the delay. Both teams had to deal with the same delay, same wet field?
Edit:I take that back, they did score right after the game resumed and took a touchdown lead for about 3 minutes.

Sounds about right.
Usually don't see point shaving in NCAAF, but it does exist in the SWAC basketball. See: Mississippi Valley State in 2012.

Muniz @ Hawaii was point shaving a couple years ago. He won me a lot of money b/c I knew to bet against them when they played UNLV in Vegas
