IMO the fumble on the first LSU drive effected the game more than the fake punt.
If we get up on them early, that bodes well for the rest of the game.
Basically gave up 10 pts on the 2 TO's and completely changed the complexion of the game.
The biggest difference in this LSU team vs years in the past, is we don't force TO's. We've given up yards to lots of teams in the past but came up with TO's when we needed them.

Treading lightly but I agree 100%. That fumble changed the game. Score early and we get nervous.
LSU played a good game actually IMO. We got key turnovers and that fake punt changed the whole game. Went from a back and forth to Bama controlling the ball and the game.
