FWIW, I follow Baylor closely. We struggle against teams that control the ball and keep it away from our offense. We should be able to score at will, despite starting a new QB this season, the question is will we be able to stop their long time consuming drives.

was exactly my point earlier

Yea I don't see how going from a Tubberville-led offense to one run by Kingsbury could be considered a bad thing hahaha

Garrett Gilbert is a former five star recruit, and a current terrible QB.

Garrett Gilbert has a career TD-INT ratio of 28-38, along with a 54.9 career completion percentage in 2 QB friendly offenses (6.0 Yards/Attempt).

That's pretty fricking bad.

He doesn't merely stink. He reaks worse than my nuts do.

Nice. I actually have a 5D account, but I do most of my betting with my bookie so I hadn't even seen that.

I went 2-0 last night to start the season.

I have a good feeling about this year.

Pretty much every day of my life. I have four plays pending as we speak. Tennis and CFB are the only two sports I bet on.

I've only been doing tennis for about a year. It's beatable, and I've won more than I've lost, but if I said that I "crush it", I'd be lying. But I'm definitely getting better, and learning certain tricks of the trade as I go along (like:

mostly stay away from first round matches...sometimes players show up at tournaments because they agreed to play it, but they just don't wanna play that week, and so they tank. And obviously this happens in the first round).

Be very careful in betting against qualifiers (especially in the first round) because they're coming into that first round match on a roll.

Pay attention to scorelines. Tennis is a confidence/momentum sport. If the guy who is #20 in the world is playing in a second round match against a guy who is #90 in the world, but the 90th ranked guy won his first round match 6-1, 6-2...you might wanna think about taking him.

Don't bet on French players.

Don't bet on women's tennis. Unless it's Serena.

John Isner's matches will always have at least one tiebreaker and usually more than one.

Grand slam qualies are gold for betting. The odds are so loose because the oddsmakers don't have any idea who the frick these guys are, and the outcomes are relatively predictable because the players all playing really really hard.

Anyway, the great thing about tennis betting is that the opportunities are nearly limitless. At any point in time, during any time of the day, there are two guys playing a tennis match, and there are odds being offered on that match. You've got your ATP events for top 100 or so guys. You've got Challenger tournaments, which are usually guys between 100-3000. And then you've got your futures tournaments for guys who are 300+. And you've got all of the above going on for both men and women. And you've also got doubles.

So if you get good enough at betting on tennis, there's no reason you couldn't do it for living. And I'm not saying this is what I'm planning on doing, but I might as well keep dabbling in it.

Great post. I started this year and I either have horrible days or incredible days. I got like 8 units ahead and decide to take a break. May start up again soon
