The problem with that is most dunks or variations of those have already been done and beaten to death.
Yeah, if you give a guy a month or so he could probably come up with a decent set of 4 showman dunks. However, these guys don't know that they are in the contest until a week or so before and don't really get time to practice because they have games to play.
With that said, the use of props as a crutch fricking sucks.
