RR would be a good pick for IND t the top of the third. Similar high character, business first approach as Luck and Fleener. Them grab a RB in the 4th (Turbin?) and you've got a nice base of skill guys on O.

i definitely think RR is in that nexus where some teams don't have him rated well and the others are like "what is wrong with him?" making them cautious about the pick. sometimes those guys fall to the 4th/5th

I don't see RR as a number one. He's Alvin Harper IMO. So a late 2nd is about right.
