Fed just simply can not put away the "easiest" of shots this set.

As soon as I type this he comes back and puts away an easy shot, a volley of all shots which he has struggled with thus far.

Was big on Rafa vs Rog when Nadal just getting going. But, now with Rafa now the king, and owning Rog head-to-head in GS events(thanks to clay), at times I pull for Rog to give him a good run.

He never gets the shots he has time to think about.

That point sums up this rivalry.

Fed is definitely trying to be aggressive, coming in to net against Nadal of all people who always hits those curling shots he chases down at full sprint which always seem to bend inside the lines.

I want to see Fed pounding away at Nadal's backhand again like he was the first few games.

Sharapova's grunt sounds more manly than Nadal's.

I agree in the past, but when healthy the last yr-plus, think Rafa putting a lil' more distance on Rog.

But, also think Fed not so old, still fit, focused, and able tweek things, in playing great tennis that can get him head-to-head wins.

Think they both respect one another, and really enjoy giving the fans a great show.

Definitely in Fed's best interest to get the first set. Nadal still has plenty of endurance to come from behind and push it to 5 sets.

Yeah Fed needs this. their TB h2h is 8-8 by my count, or close to it anyway.
