I wonder what the most important set will be? The second or third, eh? Maybe 4:00 or so on?

Likely an early break, followed by a late break back and then another for 7-5 (no idea who wins this). 2nd set 6-3 Nadal. 3rd set tiebreak after trading breaks (no idea who wins this), 4th set real tight and if a fifth no telling?

Nice call huh?

The Bryan brothers just won and are in the dubs final. The lone bright spot for American tennis this fortnight.

Was looking at some stuff about them:

quote:

They have been the World No. 1 doubles players for over 270 weeks (as of January 2, 2012), which is longer than anyone else in doubles history. Also, they have finished the ATP year-end number 1 doubles team a record 7 times. Between 2005 and 2006, they set an Open Era record by competing in seven consecutive men's doubles Grand Slam finals, three of which they won. On August 11, 2011, they recorded their Open Era record 700th match win

Though famous for their tennis and their music, they are also dedicated to helping children in need through their foundation, The Bryan Bros. Foundation.

HECK of a first set so far. We should be in for a great match. Both have the stamina and both are making some incredible shots. Azzy came to play is up the only break of the match so far.

That was huge for Vika to close out that first set. She needs to win set 2 as well. I like Kim's chances if this match goes the distance.

I agree. Azzy has the physical stamina to go the distance, Kim has the mental.

eta: Although I want it to go the distance. This match and Maria's. I don't want to have to wait two hours before Feddal.

That overhead miss was huge. If Vika goes down that could be a pivotal point....

If you have a betting record of 23/3 on Austrailian Open tennis matches, is that a sign of a problem?

Need a good third from Kim. Then Maria, then Roger.

Huge break but Vika must hold here to keep the momentum. She can't let Kim back in here.
