Berdych keeps blowing break pts.

Berdych is surprising me with how aggressive he is playing approaching the net, he's also moving forward on Nadal's serves as well.
The guy has serious power but hes missed quite a few shots, mostly forehands, because he is opting for too much power.

Lol at Berdych, those challenges then asking for one when he was out

RPN is about to skin this kid.

These super-duper-ultra slow-mo graphics in between shots have GOT to stop.

what exactly is the broadcast trying to convey when they cut to those clips anyway?
Posted on 1/24/12 at 4:44 am to ATLienTiger
but you know what has really got to stop? These linesmen getting nearly every call wrong.

Absolutely no clue.
New linemen.
New linemen.

Berdych has hit 2 very shitty forehands now in this game, he could have sent it to tiebreak by now but sent the forehands right back at Nadal instead of putting them towards either side.

No way I am making it through this match, eyes are getting heavy.
Pretty crazy how non confident Nadal is returning the serve. Berdych is dominating with his serve. Berdych also has some good movement out there but his winners that second set weren't as high of a level as the first. Nadal is getting worked on his own second serve, he needs some serious adjustments.

Rafa is basing his whole game off that first serve from Berd. If Berd takes some off Rafa is good at exposing it, if he hits it true Rafa is having a hard time getting into his normal rhythm.
But Tomas is doing a heck of a job from the service line. I can't remember the last volley that has gone past a handful of shots. Great match.

Mine too.
P.S. Chris McKendry has been looking GOOD this tournament.

His service points have been over in 2-4 hits, usually just serve return then the winner in that last set. Hes really on fire right now in his serve games.

The way this is going I might make it a very few games into the 4th. If these next 2 sets both are normal 6-3/6-4 types I might make it to see it through the 4th. No way I'm making it through 5, so I guess I hope someone wins 3 sets to 1

HAHAHA did you see the "Berdych" aussies, they were missing the "B" and were out of order.
Posted on 1/24/12 at 5:21 am to ATLienTiger
If Rafa can just keep Berd going, Berd will start to wear down eventually. No way he can hang stamina wise with Nadal.

Just backed it up to see. Nice.
