If the defense team of Hernandez receives any money from this lawsuit, wouldn't it probably just end up being given to the family of Odin Lloyd?

My takeaway from that article wasn't as much about AH and excuses for his behavior (he was a POS)... but more damning exposure to how bad CTE has gotten in football.

The dude was 23 when he got arrested and stopped playing. Nearly every case of confirmed CTE is in older players and doctors can't confirm CTE until after death so this is a pretty alarming look at what is likely in a lot of current and former college and pro players.

FWIW I was posting that simply going off that tweet since OP didn't post a link when he started the thread. Sounds like he actually did have CTE, but my reply was cynicism directed at the first source I saw being the attorney using that as a way to sue.
