Football fields are supposed to be made of grass or a grass alternative. Not mud. If I was a pro football player I would be like wtf is this shite?

I like it. It reminds me of the games way back when. Most stadiums back then had the infield dirt. just part of the game.

Yeah I hate that eyesore, and the late game time is the MLB showing who's boss.

This isn't new. 20 years ago there were at least a half dozen of them.
LA rams
Atl
San Fran
San Diego
Miami?
And several of the terrible artificial turf converted fields like philly and cinci.

Jets used to play in Shea, Giants in Yankee Stadium, Bears in Wrigley. Astros and Oilers shared the Astrodome. Twins and Vikings shared the old Met.

That's just the way it was.

Dirt infield > anything artificial.

More kids play football on field turf than on baseball dirt infields.

It looks like dirt, not mud. But i guess if you want something to bitch about, you'll find something to bitch about. Like a woman.

Us older guys remember this.

Now get off my lawn.

ETA: If I was King, all football fields would be grass and no domes.

hell no.

which makes it seems even more ridiculous that PRO teams are playing on a baseball infield. they are playing at the pinnacle of the sport and they are playing on fields that a HS team wouldn't play on.

Oakland is the last remaining team to share their stadium with a baseball team, right?

That has become nearly extinct in the last couple of decades.
