Interesting Arizona stat...Yotes are 8-10-1 at home, 13-6-3 on the road.

Torts is big mad

LINK

quote:

"So the chain of events, if it was done right," Tortorella said, striking the podium in front of him, "is that we don't lose our goalie and we win the hockey game. So all the goddamn technology, right? The technology and getting things right ... the stubbornness tonight, by the officials and by the league and Toronto, however it's supposed to goddamn work, screws us."

Are any of you having nightmares of the last time we won the President's Trophy, because I am.

70+ wins.

72 ties the 1985 Flyers and 1978 Canadiens. Third best ever.

Binnington has 59 which ties Parent.

Except this team doesn’t have soft as down feathers Turek in net to give up back breaking goals from center ice.

Well, we better hope there isn't a Marc Bergevin on the roster.

Pretty sure Guentzel broke his collarbone. He's out long term and will miss his first All Star game. Pens playing so well too.

Schenn and Perron should have been All Stars. Is there a limit per team?

Shoulder surgery today, out 4-6 months. What a devastating blow to the team with the most points in the league in December.

I may try to snag some tickets in the morning.

I did. Absolutely incredible experience. Highly recommend.

I’d have gotten seats a little higher if I had to do it again. It was impossible to really keep up with the minutia of the game, though. 75k people doing the Stars chant though was awesome.

Good game. Good crowd. Good atmosphere. Good weather. I enjoyed watching. I wish the Cotton Bowl was still played there.

The Columbus Monsters take their point streak to 12 games with an OT win in Boston.

Truly amazing what this squad is doing given all their injuries.

Dallas Morning News is breaking a story that Monty was fired was alcohol abuse.

Apparently Monty is quote "needed the wake up call" & has checked into voluntary rehab.

DMN Story on Monty
Did not expect it to be alcohol...
