you must really hate the B's to pull for a division rival over them. A division rival that just swept you out of the playoffs. I will never pull for the Habs, Leafs, or Sabres. Ottawa is just Ottawa. Who cares about them.

The Lightning have won 40 games only four times in their history. And during the first three, the Caps were only good for 1 or 2 of 'em. Rivalries are built over time and the Caps and Bolts have rarely been good at the same time. When the Caps sucked, the Bolts were good. It was hard to gin up hatred for them. This is the first series the two have played which could create longterm hatred, but... come on... who doesn't like Martin St. Louis? And the fluke playoffs of Bergenheim is leading to all of these comparisons to John Druce, former Caps fluke.
Besides, its not like there are Lightning fans to hate.
