I think you can jump over the line but you can not make contact in any way with a lineman on either side of the line
if you do then it's a leaping penalty
also you can't go near the center

Boom. Incomplete. That seemed like an easy call but the announcers were harping on it as a catch. It clearly was not in his possession as he hits the ground. The ball was literally spinning and not in his hands. Idiots.
