Doesn't a team have to complain to the league regarding instances like this to get a crew change? I believe it has to be brought up before hand.
Regardless, I've never seen a bigger melt by a fan base with a winning record that is also still winning its division.

So in other words, the Saints were fine with it before hand but once they lost they bitched
