Its just funny how you were predicting a Tulane blowout and the cajuns had all these built in excuses.

And your prediction about an even crowd

Tulanes fan support is beyond pathetic. I guess all your fans were sitting at home posting on the msb eh?

I was wrong. I'm sure I'll be wrong about plenty of more things in the future. Oh well.

just because I was wrong and ULL won, doesn't mean they played well.

they have a hard time comprehending the fact that new orleans =/= lafayette. the people of new orleans don't really feel a connection with tulane, so they don't really care to support them. most of the kids aren't locals, so it's not like adults are going to have a tie to the school cause they know a ton of people that go there. its a private university, so it's not like they pay taxes toward it to have a tie that way. lastly, most new orleanians are going to put their financial support toward the Saints. sure, im sure most ULL fans are also saints fans, but it's just different for the new orleanians that are fans of the saints.

The student body will be more involved with the on campus stadium. Tulane in the past has done a lousy job of using sports to foster pride in the institution. Even so, we have like 6k students and we'll neeeever travel big to bowl games. Unless New Orleans becomes comparable to an Austin or Chattanooga. There is nothing to keep graduates here.

Just went to check out Rage Page.

Solid Gold.

Upset that Orleans won the MVP.
Upset that it was Tulane vs. Ragin Cajuns in the End Zones
Calling Tulane players Thugs.

It was a total jobbing.

Lets be honest, the Tulane QB was probably our MVP. Sealed victory for us with that clutch sack.

He scored three TDs.

Who else were you going to give it to?

No one on ULLs team stood out at all. Broadway sucked for the most part. none of your running backs really made much noise.

he was by far the player of the game.

Who was the head official.

He should have the MVP trophy. Took away what would have been, worst case for tulane, an OT thriller loss. He doesn't make that BS call, and tulane probably wins or it goes to OT

Penalties were the difference and it wasn't tulane playing undisciplined

like i said before, if they had called the PIs consistently, I have no problem. but you don't call a PI on ULL when they intercepted Grant, then you don't call the other one.
