DB doesn't turn around, hooks around his neck, no pass interference.
Calls have become glaringly one-sided. But I'm sure most of you will be 100% fine with that since it's against Boise, right?

Do explain. Underthrown ball, WR stops, defender doesn't turn around and drapes his arm across the WRs neck. Offensive PI?
