Anyone else been watching? Most impressed so far by Michael Norman and Rai Benjamin from USCal. Records falling in supposed poor conditions, great event. Attending a meet at Hayward Field is on the bucket list

The womens 4x400 was insane. Kendall Ellis put the team on her back

The 2020 Olympic team is going to have some great athletes on the men's side, 100-800, plus the hurdle events.

Who were the standouts besides Benjamin and Norman? I see Norman put up the 10th fastest 400 of all time, while Benjamin put up the second fastest 400H ever.

I missed the womens 4x400. Compared to Norman and Benjamin everyone else paled imo. Normans anchor leg on the 4x400 was incredible his last 60 meters put the hammer down, looked like he was finishing a 200. UF hurdler Grant Holloway is a crazy athlete also very impressive. Mens 1500 and 800 meters were great races they always are

Then you should have been at this meet. It is being replaced. The new venue will host the 2020 World Championships.
