Circumstances dictate eligibility or age? Weinke won the Heisman at age 28.

NCAA’s attorneys continue to get smoked. The organization is useless.

The NCAA should change to 5 years of on-field eligibility. 5 to play 5. No redshirts, no injury appeals, no waivers, nothing. A hard 5 year max.

By granting so many waivers and having so many gray areas for people to appeal, they have put themselves in this position.

Is it because they have bad lawyers or is it because they have bad cases?

The kid had two strokes and was medically redshirted for two years. He only played 1 season at GCU and 1 season at Kansas

Okay that sucks for him and glad he has his health back but that doesn’t mean a 25-26 year old should be playing college sports against mostly 18-20 year olds.
