Twitter is attacking the NC St players who didn't get vaccinated

I do also.

Twitter may be attacking the kids who didn't get the vaccine, but it's certainly for the wrong reason.

I don't feel terrible for the kids who didn't get vaccinated because they knew the potential consequences of having to sit out games was a possibility.

Don't get me wrong--I think the whole thing is horseshite at this point.

But the rules were set and it was clear what would happen to those who aren't vaccinated. The kids made a choice and unfortunately they paid the price today.

It’s liberals. You see them in this very thread. They aren’t outraged. They are energized by the ability to cause this kind of havoc.

Ah, what a beautiful lesson for the anti-vaxers. Stupid idiots not getting vaccinated. No excuse for this. I kind of hope it happens to another team.
Any other freedoms you disapprove of or only this one? Or do you just hate America in general?

He literally said he didn’t get the vaccination in time. Yes, it’s dumb. Yes, I think he should have played if he felt fine and I think NCState should play with a full team. But he wasn’t vaccinated in time for the test for the memorial.

Are most sports following the CDC 2 weeks after 2nd shot for mRNA and 2 weeks after J&J?

Completely ridiculous it takes someone taking Moderna 6 weeks to be considered as officially vaccinated as someone taking J&J in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks with 1 dosage both would be at similar effective levels.

The NCAA enforcing close contact protocols on prior positives starting 91 days from their positive test late in football season was dumb as well. Verify antibodies and move on instead they had to sit out longer than the positive they had contact with. At the time I thought that Ed didn’t have much of a plan to get former positives hitting 91st day acclimated to strictly following protocols again before it was too late while someone like Saban probably had a plan and back up plan for it. Ed’s plan sounded too much like it was get everyone infected before season and then they would be done with it.

It’s crazy places are still strictly enforcing this kind of extreme crap. Our vet got bought out by Banfield and after our vet’s office had been allowing people to come back with pets for couple of months (just wear a mask) we just found out today Banfield is enforcing strict pet drop off from parked car appointments and not coming in at all their locations. They are going backwards.
